The information obtained is for billing and deliver of the product. We may also use your phone number to contact you for delivery or further clarifications.

The stored payment information of credit cards details used to purchase o9 products through our website or other digital platforms is via a Third Party secure payment platforms being Square, Square space or Stripe. The Third Party operators are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose than for payment of the o9 product. At no point does o9 store your credit card details. We follow industry standards. We do reserve the right to disclosure your sensitive information such as personal details if o9 is required by the laws and jurisdiction governed.

We reserve the right to use alternative Third Party providers using similar secure platforms in the industry and Australia.

From time to time we may decide to change our policies or business processes. We endeavour to inform our customers of these changes via our website or other communication platforms we deem fit. We reserve our rights to undertake such changes and advise our customers to regularly check these platforms for updates.

Delivery Policy

We endeavour to deliver o9 products safely and promptly on confirmation of the order. We will confirm your order via email or text message to the phone provided. Despatched deliveries occur usually within 72 hours pending the product purchased and the location of the delivery address. Third Party delivery companies may via delivery durations and it may take up to 7 business days. Third party providers are Australia Post or similar. Orders are only processed for purchases with Australian delivery addresses.

Returns policies and satisfactions – As o9 is a small boutique company we aim to offer satisfaction to our loyal customers. We are a company started by a group of  friends with an aim to offer good local products. Our loyal customers keeps us smiling and invigorated us to research and deliver a diverse range of natural product and ensure efficiency in our systems. If at any time you are not satisfied with you product please contact the team at o9. If you are required to return a product we recommend Australia Post as the chosen delivery provider with costs paid by the purchaser.
