OUR OLIVE OIL

We believe olive oil is essential for any healthy memorable dining experience. Our o9 olive oil comes from our own olive trees that have enjoyed fresh country air for nineteen years, with their roots now firmly established in the red Campaspe River soils. By picking early in the season and processing on the same day, our o9 oil develops a deep green appearance with the highest health benefits possible. A blend of Frantoio, Nevadillo Blanco and Correggiola brings about a delicious peppery flavour with a robust taste, perfect for salads, pastas and dipping. Harvested in small batches, each vintage is bottled and hand labelled with its own unique number. Our focus is always on delivering a quality product so you will always be proud to share o9 Olive oil.

From tree to table, we nurture our fruit to create our fresh, antioxidant rich, award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).

O9 oil uses a simple cold press processing which avoids the use of chemicals. This means it’s only the best EVOO in every O9 olive oil bottle. EVOO is an excellent source of antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats.
